Unstinted Views Stock Photo License

1. What you get. On payment, Unstinted Views LLC ("we") grants you ("Licensee") a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the downloaded photograph(s) ("Photos") as set out below. We keep the copyright.

2. Building Photos (any Photo filed under a building address). You may use them to market real estate listings, rentals or sales located in that building: MLS/RLS, StreetEasy, Zillow and similar portals, your website, email, social media, print brochures, signage and presentations. You may crop, resize and add your branding.

3. Neighborhood Photos (any Photo filed under "Neighborhood"). You may use them to market real estate listings located in that neighborhood, and in neighborhood guides or market reports you publish under your own name or brokerage.

4. Not allowed. Reselling, sublicensing, sharing or redistributing the files, including to other agents in your office (each agent licenses separately; brokerage-wide licenses are available on request). Using the Photos as stock, in templates, on merchandise, in AI training sets, or in any way that implies the building, its owner or residents endorse you. Using a Photo of one building to market a different building. Removing our metadata.

5. Seats. One license covers one agent, or one team of up to three people working the same listing. Larger teams and brokerages: contact us.

6. Removal. If a building owner or manager asks us to withdraw a Photo, we will tell you by email. You may finish any campaign already live but may not start new uses with it.

7. No guarantee of fit. Photos show the building as it was on the date in the product title. Verify current conditions before advertising specific features.

8. Liability. Our total liability is the amount you paid for the Photo. Downloads are non-refundable once the file has been delivered, except where the file is defective.

9. Credit. Not required, always appreciated: "Photo: Unstinted Views".
